Quando a Luz Se Apaga, the short film that portrays the dramas lived over almost 20 years of history, totally based on real facts, a story of dreams, and realities, which is confused with the history of most Brazilian artists, WHEN THE LIGHT GOES OUT, tells the story of a subversive boy, and far ahead of his time, who with his artist's soul, fought against all the prejudices imposed by a society in the middle of the 90's.
