“Sylvia sounds similar to Sophia, Robyn is from Robin Hood.” The constant transformations, discoveries, self-definitions, and reinventions of the self have a beginning but no middle and no end as the emergence and construction of what we are, what our gender is, and how we can communicate with the outside and others, are in the making.
